Ingredients: for 1 serving only

1  cup Sweet rice flour
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Coconut flakes
1.1/2 cups White powdered sugar
1/4 cup Sesame seeds 

Procedures:

Make dough by mixing flour and water, roll up into balls and then flatten with the palm of your hand.
Drop the balls into a saucepan full of boiling water, when the cakes are ready, they will rise to the surface. 
Remove the balls and let cool for a bit.
Roll the balls into mixed powdered sugar, coconut flakes, and sesame seeds.
